What is Informed Consent?

Informed consent is the formal process — required by law in Turkey, the EU and most of the world — in which a patient receives a clear, written explanation of a proposed procedure's mechanism, expected benefits, potential risks, alternative treatments and right to withdraw, then signs to confirm understanding. At TurkeyStemcell, informed consent for stem cell, exosome and advanced cellular protocols is reviewed in the patient's preferred language before any biological product is administered.
