Editorial Standards & Medical Review Policy
TurkeyStemcell publishes patient-facing information about stem cell, exosome, and advanced cellular therapies. Because medical decisions follow from what patients read online, we hold our content to clinical-grade standards: physician oversight, primary sources, and clear disclosure of what is established versus investigational.
Our six editorial principles
Physician-Reviewed Content
Every clinical article is reviewed by a licensed MD before publication. We attribute reviewers by name, credentials, and date.
Peer-Reviewed Sources
We cite PubMed-indexed studies, Cochrane reviews, ICTRP registry entries, and WHO/Ministry of Health guidelines — not opinion blogs.
No Outcome Promises
We never guarantee cures. Regenerative medicine is investigational for most indications. We label experimental therapies clearly.
Patient-Centric Language
We translate complex molecular biology into plain English without sacrificing clinical accuracy.
Periodic Updates
Articles are re-reviewed at least annually, with date stamps for both 'published' and 'last medically reviewed'.
Conflicts of Interest
We are a private regenerative medicine clinic and disclose this transparently. Editorial content is not paid placement.
The 5-step content lifecycle
- 1
Research
Authors compile primary literature from PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, the WHO ICTRP, and Ministry of Health (Türkiye) protocols. Tertiary sources (Mayo, NIH StatPearls) are used only for definitional context.
- 2
Drafting
Articles are written in patient-readable English with explicit disclosure of which therapies are FDA-approved vs. investigational vs. internationally available.
- 3
Medical Review
Uzm. Dr. Cihan Bolat reviews every clinical article for factual accuracy, dosing claims, and safety language before publication.
- 4
Fact-Check & Citation
Every numeric claim (dose, success rate, study size) must trace to a cited source. Internal links must point to live, on-topic pages.
- 5
Publish & Re-Review
Articles carry visible 'published' and 'last medically reviewed' dates. We re-review at least annually, or sooner if new evidence emerges.
