What is Exosomes?

Exosomes are nanoscale extracellular vesicles (30–150 nanometres) secreted by virtually every cell in the body. Stem-cell-derived exosomes carry growth factors, cytokines, lipids and signaling RNA that reproduce much of a stem cell's regenerative messaging without transferring living cells. Because exosomes are cell-free they cannot replicate, do not require HLA matching, and pass biological barriers including the blood-brain barrier — making them suitable for IV systemic protocols, inhalation, intra-articular injection and topical scalp delivery for hair restoration.
